What areas around Odessa do you serve?
We're based in Odessa (79761) and cover roughly a 22-mile radius. That's the whole city — the Northside, University Gardens, West Odessa and downtown — plus nearby communities like Gardendale, Goldsmith and over into Midland. If you're anywhere in the Basin, call and we'll usually make it work.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. For the bulk of jobs we can set a firm price off a couple of photos and a short phone call. Larger projects get a no-charge visit to size them up. Whichever it is, you'll have a solid number in hand before anything gets booked.
How does pricing work — do you charge by the hour?
Wherever we can, we price the job itself rather than the hours, so the cost is clear from the start. On open-ended punch-list days we'll settle on a rate and a rough scope ahead of time so nothing catches you off guard. And if the work proves simpler than we figured, that difference goes your way.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold general-liability coverage and will gladly show you the paperwork. We're locally based here in Odessa, so we stand behind the work and we're a phone call away if a question comes up afterward.
What kinds of jobs do you handle — and what don't you?
We handle the wide middle ground of home repair and upkeep: drywall, doors, mounting, fixtures, fences, gutters, painting, dust-and-heat sealing and the running punch list. Texas doesn't license general handyman work, but the trades it does license — electrical, plumbing and HVAC — always go to a licensed pro we trust. When a job crosses into new circuits, gas lines or major plumbing, we'll say so plainly and hand it off.
Can I just text you a photo of the problem?
By all means — it's the quickest route to a quote. A sharp photo or two plus a line about what's happening is usually enough for us to price it and talk timing without coming out first.
How do I schedule, and how far out are you booked?
Phone or text us and we'll line up the soonest opening that works. We're usually able to get out within a few days, and we move faster for urgent issues like a leak that can't wait or wind damage after a blow.
How can I pay?
We accept the usual easy payment methods and keep the whole thing straightforward. The agreed price is set before we begin, and you settle up once the job's finished and you're happy with it.
